BSVII Program Management

VTA BART Extension to San Jose Silicon Valley Phase II (BSVII) Project is a six-mile, four-station extension that will bring BART transit service from North San Jose to the City of Santa Clara. Phase II includes approximately 5-miles of tunnel, three underground stations in San Jose, one ground level station in Santa Clara, and a maintenance facility. As part of the larger Program Management Joint Venture Team, DEENSCORP is involved with the development and integration of Project Management Plans and Procedures documents, milestone schedules, FTA EPD grants application documents, development of 10% Newhall Yard and Santa Clara Station plans & estimates, and ROW and utility research.
