DEENSCORP was contracted by Santa Clara Valley Water District Construction Management Team to perform an independent As-built Scheduling Analysis to determine the cause of construction delays and cost impact to the project. Our Project Scheduling Team investigated the two-year work activities by Valley Water and contractors, and re-traced the contractors’ work schedules and deliverables. With the documents prepared by DEENSCORP Team, Valley Water was able to negotiate with the contractors to reduce their cost claims.
