Guadalupe Corridor Power Sectionalization

DEENSCORP was contracted with VTA to augment their Construction Management Team for the Guadalupe Corridor Power Sectionalization Project. Our staff was responsible for project controls and QA/QC of the project.

DEENSCORP tasks included the following:

• Schedule Compliance and Update
  • Reviewed related project specifications, construction plans, and other document related to scheduling requirements.
  • Compared construction progress in the field against contractor submitted schedule.
• Master Baseline CPM Schedule
  • Verified key milestones and other compliant issues for review of schedule
• Schedule Status
  • Reviewed schedule status on a monthly basis and verified against Contractor pay letter request.
