Hesperian Boulevard Widening

DEENSCORP was retained by the City of Hayward Engineering Department to provide preliminary and final engineering services for two major arterial streets: Hesperian Boulevard and West Winton Avenue. The project included widening of roadways to accommodate a new right-turn lane, an additional left-turn lane, and merging lane at the intersection of Hesperian Boulevard and West Winton Avenue. The project also included relocation and new installation of utilities and major traffic signal modification work, including signal interconnect system and broadband radio  for signal interconnect, and Econolite cameras for vehicle detection.
